Empowering People to Change was created when Donald T Carson visited an employment center to hire for call center project in Tampa. After interview over 140 people in two days and only being able to hire 10 people for the group that had a previous background in call centers, it was hard to see the disappointment in the others with limited an no direction or possibility to obtain a better position. Mr. Carson watched when people were living in their cars and the pain in the faces and the dream of obtaining a paying job that would at least pay $12.00 an hour.

It was difficult to watch and knowing Mr. Carson could not do more to help with a job or training in another area. Hence the reason why Empowering People to Change was Created. Mr. Carson is the President and CEO of Carvechi an employment center and executive search service firm Miami. Carvechi Technology a managed IT services company based in Miami, and FanPaaS a cloud analytics platform company.

Mr. Carson and his management team have developed the curriculum and training program and being able to make sure everyone is tested, trained, and mentored for the desired role. Utilizing Mr. Carson business, we can assist people to move to the next level and aid them in finding a job. Empowering People to Change will make it happen and empower the nation.
